After THE RAPTURE ...? Find out by Admin(m): Mon Jun 2018 06:46am
Food for thoughts.

I found this on Christian Forum online so I felt like sharing and its worth plundering over!

*AFTER THE RAPTURE...*

After the rapture:

Appetite for *marriage* will die!

Appetite for *job* will die!

Appetite for *admission* will die!

Appetite to be the *President* of your country will die!

*Men of God* that missed it will be ashamed to come out from their houses because of the shame of their members seeing them!

*Christians* that missed it will equally be ashamed to go close to those *unbelievers* they preached to but never gave heed to the gospel message!

I mean after the rapture, *those who loved motivational messages* will dislike them with p****ion and shall seek for *messages of salvation!*

Beloved, after the rapture, *grace* on its own accord will cease here on earth!

*Spiritual gifts* will not be available because there will be no *Holy Spirit* to manifest them!

Those who are not raptured will take home the *belongings* of those that are raptured, if
peradventure it happened in a *church service!*

Those who never believed in rapture shall do so but it must have become *too late!*

I said after the rapture, those that miss it shall *cry without end* and no one to offer a word of hope because it will be all over then!
People that will make it to heaven will have to do that with their blood .
It is only *SIN* that has what it takes to drop any man in *HELL.*

Therefore Let us lay aside *every weight* and *sin* that doth so easily beset us and let us run with *perseverance,* the race that is set before us...

Beloved, let's pay more attention to *ETERNITY.*

It is my prayer that *We* shall not miss *heaven* in Jesus' name. Amen.

Forward pls

How To Be A Better Christian (III John2) by Admin(m): Fri Dec 2017 04:36am
Be A Better Christian (III John2)

"Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers".
Believers all around the world try to work at 'becoming a better Christian' but very few have fully come to the understanding of getting better at being a Christian. Those few are the ones with the Spirit of God.

Even though God's wish for us is that we prosper and be in health both in the spiritual and physical realms, some of us prosper better in only one aspect at the detriment of the other. Some Christians are noticeably blessed beyond doubt in the physical, some even envy them but when some of such Christians are tried either by God or the devil, we discover they are paperweight Christians like Peter who denied Jesus (Lk.22:56-57), they also do the same. These Christians fall into Category one.

The other set of Christians are what some refer to as the " Spiritual Christians

Some of these 'pay' close attention to the things of God, which is the ultimate, but this is sometimes at the detriment of their physical wellbeing i.e, emotional, career-wise, calling, vision and aspirations, set goals, character, etc.
As much as God wants us to flow with Him in our relationship with Him on a daily basis, He also wishes for us to bring others to the knowledge of Him through our daily living. Our lives must daily affect lives, this was what Jesus lived for. While on earth, Jesus was a blessing to many(Matt.14:20).

Even now, till His Kingdom will come, the very mention of His name works wonders. Some He had to preach to, while some loved Him for what He stood for.

Before we can become better Christians, we first need to be reconciled to God. When you know Him, others will come to know Him through you. This makes you watch your character as you know there are people looking up to you. Cultivate a meeting place with God daily and see your change come(Mark9:2).

RCCG 5 Warning Signs for the Church in a "Facebook Culture" by Admin(m): Tue Mar 2018 04:23pm
RCCG 5 Warning Signs for the Church in a "Facebook Culture"

written by Michael J. Kruger

One of my favorite childhood memories is watching the movie Star Wars in the theater in 1977. I (along with an entire nation) was awestruck. Nothing like that had ever been done before. We were all sucked into a new world of spaceships, light sabers, strange creatures, and distant galaxies. But of all the things that caught the attention of the average Star Wars viewer, no doubt the amazing technology of the future was near the top of the list. What would it be like to have robots with personalities, to hover above the ground on a "land speeder," to play "chess" with virtual-holographic images, and to have lost limbs restored with robotic parts?

Of course, in our modern day these very things have largely been realized. In fact, I noticed that when my own son watched Star Wars on DVD a few years ago, he was not amazed by much of anything technological—some of that probably seemed pretty realistic to him. He was mesmerized instead by the fast flying ships, light saber fights, and fun action scenes. We live in a world where technology advances at such a mind-boggling pace that we hardly have time to stop and be amazed by it. We feel this today particularly in the area of "social media" such as Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, and just plain ol' texting. We are (supposedly) more connected with each other, more in touch with each other, more often communicating with each other, than ever before.

But, as I think about my son's future, and even about life in the modern day, I have to ask the simple question: What effect does "social media" technology have on the way we view church? What effect does it have on the way we conceive of life in the body of Christ? Of course, much of social media is positive. And the church has used this technology to advance the cause of Christ. Moreover, I cannot miss the irony of writing about the affects of technological forms of communication on my own website! Nevertheless, I do have some concerns—and so should you. Here are a few characteristics of a "Facebook culture" that we certainly need to reckon with as believers:

1. Short attention span/limited learning style. For folks who can absorb information at the rate of a short text message or "tweet," it's difficult to imagine them sitting through a 35 minute sermon and being able to engage in a sustained manner. Does this mean we shorten our sermons or make them more entertaining? Or does this mean we have to work harder to train our congregations in the way they learn? Hopefully the latter.

2. Low view of authority/over-focus on equality. One of the most oft-overlooked impact of social media is the effect it has on the way we view authority figures. The Internet is the great equalizer—everyone has a voice. Now everyone has a platform to speak their mind, say their piece. After any blog article or any news story, a person can write their own opinion and their own comments. And certainly much of this is good. But it can also lead to an "egalitarian" view of authority; that no one person's opinion should be valued or weighted anymore than another's. This presents problems for a biblical ecclesiology that understands the church and the pastors to have real authority in the lives of its people.

3. "Surfacey" interactions/artificial relationships. MIT professor Sherry Turkle has recently written the book Alone Together: Why We Expect More from Technology and Less from Each Other (2011). She observes, "On social-networking sites such as Facebook, we think we will be presenting ourselves, but out profile ends up as somebody else—often the fantasy of who we want to be" ( p.153). In other word, people might feel more connected, but they can really be more distant, at least from who they really are. In contrast, true Christian fellowship requires that we engage with people as we really are, so that we can honestly face our sin and grow together in Christ.

4. Lack of Physical Presence. Turkle observes again: "People readily admit they would rather leave a voicemail or send an email than talk face-to-face.... The new technologies allow us to 'dial down' human contact, to titrate its nature and extant" (p.15). Modern technology can create an almost non-physical, quasi-Gnostic existence. It's ironic that one of Christianity's earliest enemies was Gnosticism, which held the belief that the physical world was inherently evil and that salvation was largely a release from the physical body. In contrast, biblical Christianity has always had a robust and positive view of the physical. Face-to-face presence matters. Indeed, one day, in the new heavens and new earth, we will have new, resurrected bodies and we will see Christ (and each other) physically. Forever.

5. Low Commitment/Accountability. One of the attractive features of a Facebook-style of communication is that it requires very little of us. It is a low-commitment and low-accountability type of interaction. We control—and entirely control—the duration, intensity, and level of contact. At any moment, we can simply stop. But the Christian life and real Christian relationships don't work like this. We do have obligations to one another, covenant obligations. Put differently, Christianity has a corporate aspect to it that stands directly against the trend of individualistic and self-determined relational patterns of our modern technological age.

So, where do we go from here? Do we abandon the technology of our modern world, move to the countryside and adopt an Amish-style existence? Not at all. The point of this post has not been to condemn modern communication technology (I am using it this very moment!). Rather, the point has been that we must be aware of the challenges that it creates for ministry in our modern and postmodern world. The technology does not necessarily create sin patterns, but exacerbates the sin patterns that are already present within our hearts, and the hearts of our congregations. In response, we need to do something that we needed to do anyway: give our people a robust and vibrant picture of what the church is and their place in it. In other words, we need to give them a full-orbed biblical ecclesiology

Pastor-in-charge of Region 19, Pastor Brown Oyitso, traced the history of First Born Family, to a vision received by Pastor Adeboye , when he was made the General Overseer. According to him, the initial church at Ladipo Oluwole in Ikeja grew to over 1,000 parishes within one year despite the “initial teething challenges just like any other human organization, we waxed stronger. Today, the single young church has grown into a network of over 2,500 churches within Nigeria with 15 provinces and many more are still being planted.”

Being a Better Christian 2018 by Admin(m): Fri Dec 2017 07:45pm
Being a Better Christian

Students in school, after every session is over, receive their results and check their performance, some perform better than the previous session while others don’t. They go and find ways to improve their performances. Just as the student is, so are Christians in the school of life. This proves that it’s possible to improve as Christians, for the desire to improve is inherent in man. Let’s concentrate on the path of being a better Christian. As there are Principles you can apply in other to get better out of a product, by following the instructions in the manufacturer’s manual so it is possible to become better in our Christian Race. But the Christian race is not just an acceptance of Christ as Lord but also a call to live separate and dedicated to service. There are lots of religious activities we can engage in that’ll help us to be in touch with the Master. Below are some activities that can help us become better Christians.

Bible Study: ” In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God.” (John 1:1). The bible is the Word of God, spoken by God to men through men. For it is the direct inspiration of God (2Timothy 3:16). Whenever we study the bible we interact with the mindset of God and we are gradually transformed by the renewing of your mind of which is the perfect will of God.(Romans 12:2) for His Word will never return to Him void.(Isaiah 55:11)
Prayers: Prayer is communicating with God. Every good student is in good communication with his Teacher for him to succeed. So for us to better our Christian work with God we must communicate consistently with God. (John 1:38), (Matthew 26:39, 11:19).

Fellowship: Iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17). For the fellowship of brethren should not be neglected. For as we work together we better ourselves.
We must intentionally give ourselves to developing ourselves to being just like Christ. It takes a consistent and firm decision as we gradually become like him.

Should Nigerian Christians Defend Themselves ( Self Defence) Is this Biblical? Help Me! by Admin(m): Sat Jun 2018 10:51pm
SELF DEFENCE IS ENTRENCHED IN THE CONSTITUTION-CHRISTIANS ARE NOT DUMMIES.

-Bishop Oyedepo thunders!

Before we proceed, here is a perspective curled from The Gospel Coalition ( TGC)

Should Nigerian Christians ( Jos, Benue, Southern Kaduna, Taraba, Yobe, etc) defend themselves?

When we hear this question our minds are immediately drawn to the use of guns or other weapons. However, before considering the implications of the answer, a fundamental consideration must be given to the general question of self-defense. Is it permissible for Christians to defend themselves?

We might consider Jesus’s words in Matthew’s Gospel, where followers of Christ are taught not to resist the one who is evil, but, “if anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn and give him the other also” (5:39). Most Bible commentators see this slapping as personal insult rather than an act of physical violence. (Notice the right cheek is emphasized, demonstrating that a backhanded slap is most likely in view.) Instead of returning an insult or another blow, the believer is to be content to endure the stinging slap.

On the other hand we do see examples of believers offering self-defense. In fact, Jesus foretold that his disciples would need to defend themselves against accusations, even noting that the Holy Spirit would aid them in their defense (Lk. 12:11-12). And the apostle Paul found himself regularly defending himself (Acts 22:1; 24:10).

The more controversial question has to do with whether or not Christians may defend themselves with use of force (even lethal force) when in danger. In particular, can a Christian carry (and use a gun), use force, or otherwise act to stop an attack upon themselves or others?

Some Christians say “no” because we should embrace persecution from those who are ardently opposed to the faith. It is true that Christians are to pray for those who persecute them (Mt. 5:44) and patiently endure persecution (1 Pet. 2:19). However, not all violence is persecution. And the Bible does not forbid us from fleeing from violent persecution (cf. Lk. 4:29-30; Jn. 8:59, 10:39; 2 Cor. 11:32-33).

Others may claim that while the government has the power to use the sword to protect its citizens (Rom. 13:1-7), we as ordinary citizens do not. Most people who would hold this view would support the police and military’s right to use force (even lethal force) as an application of a p****age like Romans 13. However, the Bible does not specify police or military; it simply refers to the government.

The state has given the police and military the right to defend its citizens by use of force. In the case of the United States, the government has also given its citizens the right to arm and protect themselves and others in the face of imminent danger. If Christians have no biblical issue with the police and military defending its citizens against attack, then there would not seem to be a biblical case to oppose individual citizens doing the same.

In conclusion, I believe that self-defense is biblically permissible for Christians.

Here is what Bishop Oyedepo among Christian Preachers Have to say

*Says ‘If you are not angry with what God is angry with, you are a bastard’!
*Roars, Nigeria is not a Fulani Republic...in Nigeria, cows are now more valuable than human lives.

Bishop Oyedepo has been speaking very p****ionately over the last few hours about the recent killings in several parts of Northern Nigeria. At last night’s evening service and this morning’s Hour of Prayer monitored by Church Gist at the Canaanland premises, he fired at the killers and their sponsors stating among other things that self defence is the right of every Nigerian.

We are on the verge of an outburst. This islamists are not relenting. And cursed be anyone from any quarters backing these wanton killings in Nigeria. Cursed be their roots and their generations. Not one herdsman has been accosted. Even when they were brutal enough to announce. They are poised for war but it will be in their own house. Everybody, whether in government or out of government, any demonic agent that’s after the destruction of this nation, the Lord God destroy them and their household.

Eleven villages were sacked in Plateau and by now since this their callous acts started, 52 villages are empty....when there is no war! Cursed be all forces behind this wanton killings!

If I be a man of God, let the fire of divine vengeance fall upon their head! Join in this warfare prayer, they won’t know where the war is coming from but they won’t wake up in the morning...,,and the Christians are their targets. In the name of Jesus, divine vengeance will target them and bring them down.

We are told from the News that ISIS have found their way to Nigeria. Whatever channel they came from, they will return from that same channel. The Angels of God will fight all the enemies of this nation. War shall not break out in Nigeria, it will break out in their own houses and take them off one by one. Curse these operators and their backers, curse them in the name of the Lord.

Nigeria is not a Fulani republic, let every devil be concerned. I will never become one. We didn’t sign a deal to live together as a Fulani Republic. Everybody that carries that thought and wants to implement it, the power of God will bring them down. Now in Nigeria, cows are more valuable than human lives. Authoirity claims they haven’t found anybody to claim responsibility when it was announced.
By the blood of Jesus, every manipulator behind this killing, the Lord brings them down!

Do you pray for witches or against witches?
Do you pray for armed robbers or against armed robbers?
Know what to pray against.
The present system must be prayed against...and God will bring them down.
Is cattle business government business?
If everybody whose shop is robbed goes about killing people, will it be taken?
Don’t let anybody take you for a ride. Self Defence is entrenched in the constitution. Give it what it takes to show that you’re not a dummy.
I am ordained a shepherd over a generation. I have a commitment to please God. Don’t let any devil take you for a ride.
Somebody announced that ‘we killed them and we will still kill them’ and they have not picked them up. What?!!!! Can’t you tell who is behind it?
Well, we are set. We are set. We will engage the full force of our spiritual authority.

The saints Must be preserved. The atrocities in Benue, vengeance will answer. The atrocities in Plateau, in Adamawa, Southern Kaduna, judgement will answer...but if you think you will proceed any further, except God has left Heaven, we are in it together.

Cursed be every agent of the devil out to destabilize our country. Cursed be every agent of the devil out to slaughter the saints. You went to Church and killed people and they have not found anyone?
Some will not wake up tomorrow morning. Many of them will not wake up tomorrow morning’.

This morning, the Bishop of one of the largest churches in Nigeria continued his onslaught.

‘I saw children sliced. The United Nations Youth have just written to ask for immediate intervention in this genocide. You don’t know the meaning?
Now wait a minute! All the security apparatus in Plateau, even the commissioner has just been removed and a Muslim put there. They are bent on genocide. They are bent on destruction of lives. Some fellows came and were cursing Elisha. He cursed them in the name of the Lord and two she bears came out of the wood and destroyed them. Lord destroy the destroyers. Trouble these troublers, let their hiding places be unveiled. Let your judgement catch up with them.
Let your curse locate them.
We occupy a strategic position in the kingdom in this nation. Let the Almighty God destroy the destroyers, destroy their household, destroy their generation. Let them be out of existence. Remove their remembrance from the earth. In the name of Jesus.
Curse them in the spirit.
The GOC is Muslim. The new Commissioner of Police posted yesterday is Muslim. Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of administration is Muslim, Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of State C.I.D is Muslim. They are bent! These demonic devilish people are bent. Now in the name of Jesus, the curse of the Lord catches up with them. We are not strangers in Nigeria. You are strangers! You don’t dare a people like this! Father, honour the words of your prophet and let judgement catch up with them. Let their roots dry up. Let the blood of these innocent children, pregnant women, let the blood of these innocent believers, Christians in their homeland been slaughtered by these wicked men, let the blood of these individuals be avenged upon them.

Nigeria shall not become Syria. Any devil planning it, the God that I serve will hit at them. Now, God is angry with the wicked everyday.

Any pastor, any believer that is happy with the wicked is an ungodly man. Any man! I don’t care the office you hold. You are not angry with what God is angry with means you are a bastard!
Jesus, every sellout in your body, let it be met with judgement.

Christians are complaining of being killed by Muslims and Muslim security officers are sent to referee it. What an insensitive devil!
Christians are complaining about the ********ination of Christians and then Muslims are now sent to go and oversee without a Christian input. Insensitive devils!

My spirit is angry, the calling on my life is angry.
You shall not make away with it!
You don’t need permission to hit back at a robber, Christians come awake! You are not dummies, come awake!
Government is not by a group of people, it is government for the people, by the people. Let there be no sympathizer with these wicked people in this church or else the curses we release will touch them.

If your baby is slaughtered, sliced, will you be hanging around like that?

These wicked men are trying to test the ground to see how many places they can get to. You dare any further, you will be resisted with the forces of vengeance.

Let all media people carry it. This is the voice of the Lord for the hour. The anger of the Lord is against the wicked and it shall land on their heads’ Bishop Oyedepo concluded.
Prayer For Indigenous Muslims - Pray For Muslims During Ramadan by Admin(m): Sun Jun 2018 11:42am
Brethren, Men ought to pray and not faint! Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem. ♡

June 10th: Ramadan And Indigenous Muslims.

Islam has June 10th: Ramadan And Indigenous Muslims.

Things Every Christian Should Know About Indigenous Muslims

Islam has creatively devised means and methods of indigenizing itself in every locality. Such methods are couched on an Hausa proverb, "Da dan gari ne aka chin gari." (It is with a son of the land that you conquer a land."
With such a proverb, Muslims have deployed heavy resources to produce indigenous southern Muslims through diverse means who will be used to deliver their lands to Islam.

In 2017, a group of indigenous Muslims who call themselves Muslims of the Lower Niger Region convened in Asaba to brainstorm the idea of indigenization of Islam. They crafted ideas like Igbonization of Islam, Ijawrization of Islam, Kalabarization of Islam, Itshekirization of Islam, Ikwererization of Islam, and so on. It was a drive to make Islam more appealing to the indigenous people of the South, with fat money to their credit to pursue all the resolutions of their meeting.

Since then, indigenous Muslims have gone back to carry out the task in their milieu.

There are about 17,000 Igbo Muslims, Ijaw, Urhobo, Itshekiri, Anang Muslims abounds with diverse ****ociations that aids their visibilities.

While this indigenization of Islam in southern communities gathers momentum, churches/Christianity in many communities are shrinking, weakening and sinking into nominalism.

As the Ramadan descends down to a close, indigenous Muslims have been discipled, commissioned and committed to deliver their ancestral communities to Islam.
Pray for God's visitation upon indigenous Muslims to upturn the strongholds of Islam in their hearts and turn them to Christ.

Ask that the Lord will bring many to their senses like the prodigal son and cause them to return to Christ.
Plead with God to turn the counsels of indigenous Muslims into naught and stir up an usual wave of conversion among them.

Finally, pray that believers in churches will awake to their responsibility and engage Muslims with the gospel.

May the Church become very creative in evangelisation of Muslims in their orbits instead of trepidating about Islamization. We are either evangelising them or they are Islamization us.

We appreciate your devotion to prayers! devised means and methods of indigenizing itself in every locality.

No Sinner is a Christian by Thejustman(m): Mon Dec 2017 07:53pm
TEXT: 1 JOHN 3: 1 - 24
M/VERSE: 1 PETER 4:18

AIM: The universal man recognizes that he has no legal standing with God. The numerous temples, alters and priesthood of all nations eloquently confess man's consciousness of sin and of fear of death and judgement to follow. None of the old religions of the world has any real hope or solution of the sin problem (John 15:22, Rom. 5:18-19). The Gospel of Christ presents God as reconcilable through a mediator and lets you see God reconciling the world to Himself that sin may not be
imputed to them (2Cor. 5:19). But if sinners are good in the sight of the Lord and He is pleased in them then where is the God of Judgement, (Mal. 2:17, Heb. 9:27).

LESSON PLAN:
1. Describe the position of man after the fall
2. (a) What is reconciliation? (b) Who are the reconciled?
3. Why are sinners no Christians?

1. Man became mortal and a subject of the Devil (1Cor. 15:53, Eph. 2:3). He is giving birth to children not for God but for the glory and joy of the devil (Ps. 127:3, Prov. 22:6). Man is a partaker of satanic nature that has made him an enemy of God. Since his treason, man has no legal approach to God except through a bleeding sacrifice, anointed priesthood, through dreams or angelic visitations. His mind has become blinded by the Devil Read (John 12:40, 2Cor. 4:4, Eph. 2:12).

2. Reconciliation means to establish peace or to make friendly again. After the fall, man became an enemy of God because he now partakes of satanic nature, his new father and ruler, (John 8:44). Spiritual Death overwhelms man, and in this realm he is in enmity against God (Rom 7:24-25, Rom. 8:1). The substitutionary redemption plan is the basis for God reconciling with man (Isa. 25:7-9, Isa. 53:6, Matt. 4:16). The entire plan is to retrieve man from spiritual death and to give man the very nature of God, which is spiritual life (John 10:10, John 17:3-4, Rom. 6:23, John 1:4).

(b) The reconciled are they who are now given the power to become children of God. Their sonship privileges have been restored to them and they now bear the seed of God (1John 3:14-15, Col. 2:13, Rom. 8:14).

3. Behold the Lamb of God which taketh away the sin of the world (John 1:29). This sin is spiritual death which shut man out of the sight of God. Col. 2:15, Rev. 1:18 give a picture of the combat that Jesus had with the adversary, and after meeting the claims of justice had been made alive in spirit (1Tim. 3:16). That victory is human's victory. And as many that claim this victory of Christ possess the seed of God (2Cor. 5:17, 1Cor. 15:54-55). In God there is no sin, and to them that have His nature cannot commit sin (1John 3:9). This was the case with the apostles, Paul and all greatly used men of God. The seed of God in them made them as perfect as God, and were described as Christ-like from which the name Christianity developed. God's nature has not changed, fallen man's nature has not changed. How can now a sinner be good in the sight of God considering Gen. 6:3, Ex. 33:20, Eph. 2:12.

To the born again, read John 5:14, John 8:11, Heb. 10:26, 1John 2:29. To the unregenerated read 1John 1:8-10 and John 1:12. Be reminded, therefore that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, neither doth corruption inherit incorruption (1Cor. 15:50).

CONCLUSION: Jesus is coming soon. Where will you spend Eternity? Read your Bible daily.

Christian Dating A Biblical Perspective by Admin(m): Thu Dec 2017 08:18pm
CHRISTIAN DATING

What is the difference between Dating and Courtship?

Dating is a stage of romantic relationship whereby two people meet socially. It consists of social activities either involving the couples alone or with others. Courtship/Courting involves a man's courting of a woman, seeking her affection (usually with the hope of marriage)

Dating is usually a game of chance; it might not work out as planned. The reason why it is not Biblical is that it involves some 'social activities' which could lead to rape. Cases of date rape are usually common in dating because God might not be involved at the beginning. And if God isn't invited to be in on a matter, He stands back, keeps His cool and watches what would become of those involved. You would realize that there are online dating sites, but there are no online courting sites because courting is of God.

In Genesis 24, Abraham who enjoyed the best of marriage after his wife's death in Genesis 23, realised he didn't want his son having any relations with the heathen i.e, the Canaanites because he knew a wrong marital decision could mar one's destiny/God's promises (Gen.16: 1-4, 21:9-12). This almost happened to Abraham in his affair with Hagar, his wife's maid, so he entrusted this great task of marital choice in the hands of his most trusted servant. Abraham took a wife for his son out of his country and from among his kindred i.e his own people. People of like minds, people with the same pattern of lifestyle.

In courting, a man seeks a woman's affection until she gives it. That takes patience. Spiritual heads and both parents are not in the dark. In dating, deception is a possibility because parents and spiritual heads might not be involved until the last stage when the "bride" must have been impregnated and already playing the part of a wife while not married. A marriage contracted out of God's will is a pathway to a lifelong chaos.

STEPS TO CHOOSING THE RIGHT PARTNER IN MARRIAGE.

1. Involve God from start to finish. Abraham's servant sought God's face and before he even finished his prayers, he saw the result (Gen. 24:15-21, Isa. 65:24). Your own answer might not be immediate, but SEEK GOD FIRST!

2. Ask for a confirmation(Isa.45:11). This might be a verse of the scripture(Gen. 24:12-14), a word of encouragement from another person, a revelation; something you can hold onto as a reference.

3. Involve your spiritual heads in prayers and encouragement, carry them along, learn from their experiences and be obedient to whatsoever God tells you through them.

4. Your Parents are of vital importance in this decision-making process. If they tell you not to go ahead, it might just be God speaking through them. But then, pray.

P.S, while it is good to take advice from our spiritual heads, it is good to hear Directly from God First to avoid confusion.

The sale of bible online has been banned in China. What What Can be Done? by Admin(m): Tue May 2018 12:53pm
TODAYS CHRISTIAN NEWS ACROSS THE GLOBE!

The sale of bible online has been banned in China. What will happen next to Christians?

Right from the time of John the Baptist, the Kingdom has suffered violence and only the violent taketh it by force! Friends and believers in the Christian faith, we have faced a lot of persecution in this world, this is nothing new, this has been a battle from the garden of Eden. The devil is like a wounded Lion, roaming around, deceiving believers and persecuting them. Many have lost faith, but many have stood strong. What category do you fall under? today we have new about Christian persecution in China, read and pray along against every opposition of Hell against the church of Jesus.

Some months ago China started a process that ended with the ban on the sale of bibles online.
The process included officials forcefully entering into Christian homes to remove Christian symbols and replacing them with the image of President Xi. Also Christians have to ask for permission before holding any religious activity. And permission has to be sought from the authorities before you can have Bible meetings at home.

Meanwhile, there are rumors that believers are being arrested and punished for their faith.
Prior to now bibles and religious texts couldn't be bought in public places only online, in government regulated churches and Christian bookstores.
After the ban on Thursday, the Bible can only be gotten in church libraries and premises. President Xi Jinping says it's a move to limit the influence of the West and Christianity on China's values.

If you search for the Bible on Chinese online sites such as amazon.cn and Taobao they redirect to Christian storybooks and other texts. While on jd.com it shows no results. Likewise, a popular Christian site on Wechat China's biggest social media site woke up to find the Bible and other Christian publications have been deleted.

If you ask me all these seems well planned and carried out but to what end?
We know China is a communist country and communists are mostly atheists but when does politics cross over into religion?
The ban comes after the policy for life terms for China presidents was p****ed. Do you smell a rat?
If China with the largest population of humans in the world can do this what's the fate of Christians over the world?

Is this the beginning of the end of Christianity as we know it? Or is the end of the world approaching faster than we thought?
What's the fate of Christianity henceforth? Are Christians being poorly treated the world over because they have been deemed, cowards?
Bringing this home, there have been rumors of an agenda to Islamize Nigeria. Do you think we will get to that point?
So many questions to ask. Please let's discuss.

Scriptures that speak of persecution

Amos 1:6-
Thus says the LORD, "For three transgressions of Gaza and for four I will not revoke its punishment, Because they deported an entire population To deliver it up to Edom.

Habakkuk 1:6-11
"For behold, I am raising up the Chaldeans, That fierce and impetuous person Who march throughout the earth To seize dwelling places which are not theirs. "They are dreaded and feared; Their justice and authority originate with themselves. "Their horses are swifter than leopards And keener than wolves in the evening Their horsemen come galloping, Their horsemen come from afar; They fly like an eagle swooping down to devour

Revelation 9:7-10
The appearance of the locusts was like horses prepared for battle; and on their heads appeared to be crowns like gold, and their faces were like the faces of men. They had hair like the hair of women, and their teeth were like the teeth of lions. They had breastplates like breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was like the sound of chariots, of many horses rushing to battle

Revelation 2:10 -
'Do not fear what you are about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to cast some of you into prison, so that you will be tested, and you will have tribulation for ten days Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.

John 15:18:-
"If the world hates you, you know that it has hated Me before it hated you

1 John 3:13:-
Do not be surprised, brethren, if the world hates you.

John 15:19

"If you were of the world, the world would love its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, because of this the world hates you.

1 Thessalonians 2:13-16:-
For you, brethren, became imitators of the churches of God in Christ Jesus that are in Judea, for you also endured the same sufferings at the hands of your own countrymen, even as they did from the Jews, who both killed the Lord Jesus and the prophets, and drove us out. They are not pleasing to God, but hostile to all men, For this reason we also constantly thank God that when you received the word of God which you heard from us, you accepted it not as the word of men, but for what it really is, the word of God, which also performs its work in you who believe

SIX LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES FROM AN EAGLE by Admin(m): Tue Jun 2018 05:53pm
Do you want to find out some good leadership characteristics ? Here is an amazing illustration

SIX LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES FROM AN EAGLE

1. *Eagles fly Alone and at High Altitudes.*
They don't fly with sparrows, ravens, and other small birds.

*MEANING*; Stay away from narrow-minded people, those that bring you down. Eagle flies with Eagles. Keep good company.

2. *Eagles have an Accurate Vision.* They have the ability to focus on something as far as 5km away. No matter the obstacles, the eagle will not move his focus from the prey until he grabs it.

*MEANING*; Have a vision and remain focused no matter what the obstacles and you will succeed.

3. *Eagles do not Eat Dead things. They Feed only on Fresh Prey.*

*MEANING*; Do not rely on your past success, keep looking for new frontiers to conquer. Leave your past where it belongs, in the past.

4. *Eagles Love the Storm.*
When clouds gather, the eagle gets excited, the eagle uses the storms wind to lift itself higher. Once it finds the wind of the storm, the eagle uses the raging storm to lift itself above the clouds. This gives the eagle an opportunity to glide and rest its wings. In the meantime, all the other birds hide in the branches and leaves of the tree.

*MEANING*; Face your challenges head on knowing that these will make you emerge stronger and better than you were. We can use the storms of life to rise to greater heights. Achievers are not afraid to rise to greater heights. Achievers are not afraid of challenges, rather they relish them and use them profitably.

5. *Eagles Prepare for Training;*
They remove the feathers and soft gr**** in the nest so that the young ones get uncomfortable in preparation for flying and eventually flies/ when it becomes unbearable to stay in the nest./

*MEANING*; Leave your Comfort Zone, there is No Growth there.

6. *When the Eagle Grows Old,*
His feathers becomes weak and cannot take him as fast and as high as it should. This makes him weak and could make him die. So he retires to a place far away in the mountains. While there, he plucks out the weak feathers on his body and breaks its beaks and claws against the rocks until he is completely bare; a very bloody and painful process. Then he stays in this hiding place until he has grown new feathers, new beaks and claws and then he comes out flying higher than before.

*MEANING*; We occasionally need to shed off old habit no matter how difficult, things that burden us or add no value to our lives should be let go of.

*NEVER GIVE UP,*
*BE AN EAGLE*

Here are the rules guiding Christianity24 Forum
Rules Guiding Christianity24.org C24 Forum Members

Most of these "rules" are simply common sense and proper Christian conduct, but for better understanding about the usage of this Christian Forum,
here are our rules.

1. Christianity24 forbids anti-Christian, or inappropriate materials in this forum

Please do not try to register any blasphemous or offensive nicknames. Also please do not engage in any blasphemous, profane, or improper talk, or any talk that is offensive in Chrsitianity24 C24 Forum.

Also, please don't post any inappropriate links in your articles post, profile or in any of our discussion sections (e.g., links to anti-Christian sites, sites with inappropriate content, sites promoting other religions, cults, or doctrines contrary to the Bible).

Also, photos in chat profiles should be with appropriate clothing and not provocative.

2. No conduct that is offensive or counterproductive to fellowship.

We like to welcome all to Christianity24, but if anyone is not here for fellowship (or for wanting to know about Christianity), but simply for disrupting fellowship, offending people, whatever, then that person is not welcome.

3. No flooding.

Please don't flood the whole comment section with repeated messages.

4. Language

Please speak mostly English in the general discussion pages so that others can understand you, except when you are responding to a member who asked a question in a language you understand, as long as such post was not intended to mock, gossip any member or topic in C24.

5. No worldly music, please.

We don't want to make an absolute rule against all secular music/lyrics, but most secular music is indeed worldly (against the teachings of the Bible), and we'd really rather have Christian music or lyrics playing (or being sung) when others enter our "Christian Music Forum" pages.

6. Do not dispute the Christianity24.org Forum Moderators/Admins.You will be Banned for some time, please take note!

The moderators are there to watch over Christian forum rooms, promote fellowship, and protect the No1 African Christian Forum when necessary. Their job is stressful enough. :-) Don't add to their stress by disputing their actions, especially if it involves someone else and not you. For example, if you see a moderator/Admin remove or barn post or member, and wonder why don't worry about it. The moderator probably knows something you don't. Have some trust in the moderators, appreciate them, and respect their oversight of the entire Christian Forum and Chats.

Also please don't be making posts on the forums about someone else's ban. It doesn't help!

And please understand that we don't have the time or energy to talk to a hundred different people (or even a dozen different people) about somebody else's ban. Leave it between that person and the moderator, please!

7. If in any capacity you believe you can be a moderator, then why not hit our inbox admin@christianity24.org

8. Please do not register more than one chat nickname, God bless you as you comply.

Registering multiple usernames is prohibited. Each person should have only one single identity in Christianity24.org. Also if you want to change your username, understand that we have to delete your current account and let you register a new one (so you'll lose all data, though any forum posts will remain with the old username but with user title "Guest"). If you're not already a supporter of the site, we charge a $5 fee for such requests.

9. Please do not hang out where you do not belong.

Please do not use the Christian Teens chat room unless you are between 13 and 19 years old. And please do not use the Singles chat room unless you are single and 18 or older. (The other chat rooms are for general fellowship and are open to all.)

10. Please let the moderators moderate.

The chat room moderators are just that: moderators. (They are not just monitors). Please allow them to moderate (i.e., change topics, steer topics, or move discussions to other rooms).

11.

12. Please do not plant/spread seeds of suspicion and mistrust about C24 offerings, donations or fundraising campaign.

Please don't go around creating a cloud of mistrust and suspicion concerning fundraising on Christianity24.org It takes a lot of hard work, and money so people have a place for learning God word, asking serious questions about the Christian faith, fellowship, ministry, and discussion. Creating a cloud of mistrust and suspicion makes our task more difficult. It's inconsiderate and inconsistent to consume free of charge, the product of someone's hard work if you go around telling others how they can't be trusted, or if you go around raising a cloud of suspicion about them.

13. No unauthorized advertising or soliciting or recruiting.

Please come to Christianity24.org for fellowship, not to try to advertise anything (not even in private messages to our Forum visitors) or recruit people for anything. By "anything" we mean anything -- websites, chat rooms, forums, facebook groups, churches, groups, doctrine, etc.

Also, please understand that many users have joined C24 to try to solicit donations for their own charity (or some other Christian charity). Anyone who comes here, claiming to be Daddy GO's PA or Whatever, or raising funds to feed the poor, please don't respond to such person. Any legal request for donation must be from an official publication from Christianity24.org which would be made public at the from pages.

Regarding other sites, understand that we've had too many cases of new and existing gospel blogs trying to copy christianity24.org, on our site. If you are trying to build up your own online fellowship (chat site or forum or facebook group or skype group whatever), leeching off of another online fellowship (by trying to recruit its users) is not the way to do it. Whether the recruiting is done directly or indirectly, the result is the same, and we reserve the right to enforce our rule.

14. False Identity
Please understand that C24 frowns at any action, inaction by members which is intended to mislead the forum members of an identity of members which is a misrepresentation of your real identity mostly aimed to carry out mischevious and ungodly behavior in this No1 African Home built Christian forum. FEBRUARY HOLY GHOST SERVICE

THEME: STRONGER THAN YOUR ENEMIES (Part 2)

2nd January, 2018.

BY: PASTOR E. A ADEBOYE

Thank You Lord.

Well, let us lift our hands to the most high God and begin to bless His holy name.

Give Him glory, give Him honour, give Him adoration – let Him hear your voice.

Bless the King of kings and the Lord of lords.

There is no one like Him.

Give Him glory, give Him honour, give him adoration

Bless His holy name.

Bless the Ancient of days

Magnify Him

Praise Him

Adore Him

Lift Him high

Magnify Him

Praise Him

Praise Him

Praise Him

Thank You Father

Hallelujah

Thank You Ancient of days

May Your name forever be glorified.

Thank You Father.

In Jesus mighty name we worshipped.

Let us lift our voices to Him loud and clear and say: Father, answer my prayers by fire tonight.

Go ahead talk to the Almighty.

Father, please answer my prayers by fire tonight. Thank You Jesus. Hallelujah. Thank You Lord.

In Jesus mighty name we have prayed.

The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob

Jehovah, the Man of war

Your mercy endureth forever and ever

O praise His holy name.

Amen.

The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob

Jehovah, the Man of war

Your mercy endureth forever and ever

O praise His holy name.

Amen.

The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob

Jehovah, the Man of war

Your mercy endureth forever and ever

O praise His holy name.

Amen.

Wonderful Jesus, marvelous Jesus, powerful Jesus, glorious Jesus, miraculous Jesus, everlasting Jesus, loving Jesus, kind Jesus, faithful Jesus, reliable Jesus, glory be to Your holy name, accept our worship in Jesus’ name.

Tonight my Father and my God, the kind of miracles that You have never done before, please, perform them in our lives. In the lives of all those who are here, in the lives of all those who are listening to us all over the world, something so big that we will never forget tonight, Father, do it in all our lives. Thank You Almighty God.

In Jesus mighty name we have prayed.

Amen.

Let somebody shout hallelujah.

Shake hands with two or three people and say good evening, God bless you and you may be seated for a while; you will be standing very soon.

I will be calling on you to pray very soon before we go to the sermon

I have received a lot of calls and texts and etcetera etcetera

Saying that Daddy why are you not saying something? Can’t you see what is going on?

Well, I am a Christian and as a Christian I belong to the Christian ****ociation of Nigeria and the Christian ****ociation of Nigeria has a Chairman or President.

Whatever He says, that is what I have said.

I am a Pentecostal; I belong to the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria

And the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria has a President

Whatever my president says that is what I have said.

That is how to be under authority.

Amen.

But to you my children and this time I am talking to my children alone.

I am not talking to Nigerians; this is not a press conference; I am talking to my children.

You see there are two sides of me:

One side is a Mathematician

The other is a Pastor

And somehow I cannot separate the two for long.

So, before I ask you to pray I am going to spell out some equations which we will solve simultaneously after which will do what we should do.

Equation 1: There are certain problems beyond man – there are certain problems man cannot solve.

Equation 2: There is no problem beyond God (that is equation 2) - Luke chapter 18 verse 27

Thank You Father

We want to spell out equations but God asks me tell somebody you have been suffering from severe neck pain, it started as if you did not sleep well but continue to become something serious; He asked me to tell you, the pain is gone.

So, where are we now?

Equation 2 – No problem beyond God – Luke 18:27

Equation 3 says: Man can hide from man – A man can hide from other men.

Equation 4 says: NO man can hide from God

Psalm 139 verse 7 to 12: David said, where can I hide from Your Spirit? If I go to the top of the mountain You are there; I go to the bottom of the sea, You are there – there is no where I can hide.

Equation 5 says: Security Agents can be compromised – you can bride your way from the clutches of security agents – Security agent can be compromised.

Equation 6 says: God cannot be compromised - His holiness is not negotiable.

Isaiah chapter 6 verse 1 to 3: the angels are always crying holy, holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty.

Equation (which equation is that one now?) 7 says: Man can sponsor evil – it is possible for man to sponsor evil.

Esther chapter 3 verse 8 to 9: A man called Haman said to the king, I want you to destroy the Jews; here is money for you to do it – I will pay you for killing the Jews

Equation 8 says: God cannot sponsor evil – it is impossible for God to sponsor evil - Job chapter 8 verse 20

So, we have eight simultaneous equations

If we solve these equations simultaneously, there is only one answer: “the Prayer Warrior is more effective than the Activist” – that is the solution.

If we put it another way, in a slightly deeper way, you will come to the conclusion that – you can call that the corollary – that, the enemies of God and the children of God make the same mistake.

There is only one mistake that is common to both the enemies of God and the children of God – they have one mistake in common

And what is that mistake?

Both of them underrate the power of prayer.

The enemies of God underrate the power of prayer;

Holy Ghost Service is conducted every first Friday of every month from 19hrs GMT till dawn at Redemption Camp, Kl 46, Lagos - Ibadan Express Way, Nigeria.

Bishop David Oyedepo Topic- Operating in the supernatural June 6th 2018 by Applygist(m): Wed Jun 2018 05:26pm
Today I want to share a sermon by Papa very powerful and I was blessed

The supernatural is my new realm in redemption John 3:8

Ministering: Bishop David Oyedepo Topic- Operating in the supernatural

Anytime the word of God is spoken, God is committed to confirmed, in Jesus name
You are peculiar people, a royal priesthood. Next to salvation is revelation to every believer Romans 4:6, Hosia 4:6, Isaiah 5:13.
It does not matter how many activities you go on, you perish for lack of knowledge. You need revelation.
What is the supernatural?

It is the manifestation of the word we received, believe and obey, what God confirms into science and wonders. The only way to prove you believe is to obey James 2:18. Every true revelation shows in the steps you take, in the thought of your mind and the words you speak, (John 1:12 as many at believed) when you received it, believe by obeying God confirms it, and this is called the supernatural.
There is nothing special about the supernatural, it simply a product of our obedience. Jesus told them go fill the pots with water and it manifested. Go wash in the Jordan, and he was healed. Children have you any meat? John 21:6 go and cast your nets! The word we receive believe and obey we are empowered to become. Whatever you don't believed you are not entitled to receive.

Obedience of faith is key to commanding the supernatural. Isaiah 11:1, John 14:21 if you love me love my father and I will manifest myself! Confirming with signs Mark 16:15. We need this understanding otherwise we be running from pillar to post, please pray for me, please shout on me!
We are empowered to the realm of the supernatural to act on it, you shall be witness unto me Acts 1:8 that’s the original purpose of the empowerment. Joel 2:30 , Jesus came as the son, He was the son of the carpenter but when the spirit came on him his fame spread abroad, the Spirit is what empowered us to preach the good news.
We are empowered primarily to bring souls into the kingdom by our lives and by the Word.
1. Engaging the power of new birth.

New birth is not just a religious identity but a Supernatural restoration of our dignity, man was naked and began to find leaves to cover himself, but Jesus came to bring us back to our original status. 2 Corinthians 5:17, Isaiah 8:18, 1John 3:2 now are we sons of God, we have been restored back to our original identity, Adam the son of God was a supernatural entity, everything on earth answered to him Genesis 2:19, Adam went to the fish and named them, he went up to where the Eagles were to name them He was in the realm of God, He knew no sicknesses, there was no provision for healing of any sicknesses! Adam had the largest zoo in human history. He was in perfect dominion, Now that you are a son of God, who can be against you? 1 John 3:2 now are we sons! So every son is a sign

Every child of God share eternal life with God, 1 John 5:12, Acts 14:12 we are signs, Ephesians 2:5. You are no longer mere citizens on earth but on a mission for God. New birth places you far above, Ephesians 5:20, 21, the moment you see this and think it you have got it. Acts 4:20, only things you think and see work for you. Genesis 13:5 your sight is what determine your limit of inheritance in Christ, Ephesians 1:18, How rich our inheritance in redemption, V19, that our eyes may be opened to see. That we may live in absolute fearless life.

Light begets light, so we are wonder of God, Genesis 1:26, we are made exactly after his likeness, we need to manifest in dominion. Whatever you see God is confirmed to perform. You can't make me feel sick, I saw my sickness free life long ago and I speak it boldly. Whatever cannot torment, afflict eternal life cannot affect you. Revelation is being able to see your eternal right to a fear free life. See your right to dominion, healing.
You are seated far above in heavenly places, free from sickness and any form of infirmity. You cannot go the hospital and tell the doctor to help you check if you have headache! He will think you are mad! You need to see your absolute redemption in Christ.

Enough of my Dr said! See what Jesus said about you in redemption. You are free in Jesus name! Thank you Jesus
If you have not giving your life to Christ do so now, come before God and pray the prayer of repentance, join any of our service centers close to you. If you are privileged to be around Lagos and Ota, fellowship with the Living Faith Church Canaan Land, Lagos Ota.

Dear Church members - Read your Bible pray everyday by Admin(m): Sat Jun 2018 11:21pm
*1.* Dear choir, if you don't study the Bible, you're in the music industry, not music ministry. You'll sing nonsense and call it "gospel" like we do today. You'll be entertaining instead of ministering... You better choose one of the two.

*2.* Dear usher, if you don't study the Bible, you're a traffic warden or better still, a party protocol. You simply maintain foot traffic in the ****embly.

*3.* Dear Bible study leader, if you don't study the Bible, you're an ordinary public speaker, not a minister. You'll preach rubbish.

*4.* Dear children department cordinator, if you don't study the Bible, you're just a social juvenile worker or betterstill a nanny.

*5.* Dear instrumentalist and technical unit member, if you don't study the Bible, you're just a D Jay, a very noisy one for that matter.

*6.* Dear Prophet, if you don't study the Bible, you're just a soothsayer. You'll be predicting Arsenal vs Leicester city, not anything relevant to God's kingdom on earth.

*7.* Dear Christian writer, if you don't study the Bible, you're just D. O. Fagunwa, Chinua Achebe, or the writer of "Eze goes to school." You'll write for fiction, not for the Kingdom.

*8.* Dear Christian motivational speaker, if you don't study the Bible, you're just a psychologist.

*9.* Dear church members, if you don't study the Bible, you'll be misled by false doctrine and heretic teachings.

*10.* No matter how anointed you are, if you don't study the Bible, you're just a spiritualist, not a spiritual person.

The Bible is not meant for preachers and teachers alone. Read your Bible pray everyday. Many are "merely engaged" by churches, but aren't ''imparted'' and the
result is futility.
